Welcome to DYLA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). DYLA is an AI-powered jewelry try-on app operated by Thuli Studios Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our mobile applications and services (“Services”).

4. Data Retention & Deletion
Selfies & Face Models: Stored securely for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted, unless you request earlier removal.
Account Data: Retained until you delete your account or as required by law.
To request deletion of your data at any time, email privacy@dyla.app or use the in-app “Delete Account” feature.
5. Your Rights & Choices
Access & Correction: You can view or update your profile and preferences in-app.
Withdraw Consent: You may stop using camera features or delete your account.
Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe via links in our emails or contact us.
Data Portability & Deletion: Contact privacy@dyla.app to obtain a copy of your data or ask for complete erasure.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure—please exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrations (e.g. social login). We are not responsible for their privacy practices—please review their policies separately.
8. Children’s Privacy
DYLA is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have accidentally done so, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
